Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the timepiece you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
